In today’s fast-paced world, convenience retailers are finding new ways to connect with customers—and social media is leading the charge. Convenience store owner, George Phillips started using social media for his Londis store, TJs Lateshop in Hemel Hempstead in 2018 and by 2022 he made sure it was an important part of his business. Today he has a combined following of approximately 30,000 across TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
We recently spoke with George about how platforms like Facebook and Instagram have helped him grow his business.
