Read moreAll our orders are delivered by Parcelforce on Monday - Friday, between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm. Most orders arrive within 4 to 5 working days of the order being placed.
You can track the status of your order on the 'My orders' page of your account. If your order still hasn't arrived after 6 working days, please send us a message and we'll do our best to help you.
Your order cannot be sent to a different address at the minute but we advise you to leave clear indications at your delivery location to help our courier leave your parcel in a safe place, should you not be there to receive it.
If you're logged in you can change your password in the account details section of your account. If you can't remember your password you can use the forgotten password form to reset it.
First check your junk mail folder, sometimes the email will end up there. If you still can't find it, send us a message and we'll try and help you out.
